"Countless as the sands of the sea are human passions"
Nikolai Gogol

Instilling willpower, teamwork, persistence, passion and hard work in children, has always been the essence of what we do. Our professional and specialized trainers bring decades of accumulated knowledge and experience to deliver a wide variety of programs. However, all these programs share a common objective: To build better people. We offer age appropriate competitive and recreational programs for ages four and above. Aiming at developing competitive level gymnasts, we offer limited class sizes to ensure individual attention and maximize participation. Other than teaching skills, both our competitive and recreational programs are designed to give children the opportunity to learn valuable lessons. Setting goals, taking turns, cooperating with other children, making decisions, boosting self confidence and handling constructive feedback are just a few of the precious lessons that can carry over into almost everything they may want to achieve in life.

Our program portfolio has been growing throughout the years. We currently offer the following programs:

Rhythmic Gymnastics

Rhythmic exercise existed in ancient Egypt and was later developed by the Greeks but perfected and turned into its current form by the Soviet school. Rhythmic gymnastics is a sport and art that combines elements of ballet, gymnastics, dance, and apparatus manipulation. With the sound of music, individuals or teams of five manipulate one or two pieces of apparatus to artfully express their inner beauty. With rhythmic gymnastics, you will develop strength, flexibility, agility, endurance and hand-eye coordination.
